iOQuake3 Instagib Mod?

I haven't played Quake 3 for a long time but when I used to, I played a mod called instagib. The idea was that you have railgun ONLY, and every shot was an instant gib kill. I tried looking for this mod but only found a dll file for this mod. I played this mod when I was 3-4 years old (somehow not traumatized by all the blood and gore) so I understand that finding it will be almost impossible... But if someone has a download please help me!
