DVD Decoder software for ATI cards

OK, just formatted my computer, and I tried playing a DVD but it says I need the decoder first. So I went to ATI's website and the one there says you need the original installation CD, which I don't have.
Anyone know any other possible solutions?

Damn, guess I better take good care of my disk. Never noticed that before. But I usually use my disk to get my video up and running on reinstall until I update.

Errr, You Can get a Decoder off of any DVD playng sofware, you dont need it for the videocard..
and btw som, this isent brand bias, Winodws itsself needs the decoder to play Mpeg2 streams.
