Wakeboarding is by far the easiest of all the board sports. Hardest part is learning to get up, which took me about 30 minutes, then about another 30 before I was putting in small jumps off the break of the wave.

I have no doubt that with another hour, I'd have been flipping.

It's unbelievably easy. Fun though, definitely fun.

I used to ride one these all the time as a teenager except I attached snowboard bindings to mine. I don't know how I didn't die cause that little stomp brake is worthless when you're going fast, especially after it's been worn in. The wheels are 18 inches tall. I got in really good shape carrying the damn thing up steep hiking trails before I could ride down though.

Nah, it is easy. You don't do anything that's actually hard. Everything you've ever posted on here is pretty average for anyone with either respectable coordination, or time on their hands. You have both.

You don't have a skillset, you just have a series of things you do at an average, or slightly above-average level based on the fact that you're 45 years old, and have had years of practice due to not having a job.

You're clunky as hell on that board. When you land you bend at the waist rather than the knees. You're an amateur. You lose your balance every single time you hit the water. Like everything you do, it lacks any kind of finesse.

No, I agree. It's really easy. We're on the same page.

It's a day's practice to put in the jumps at that level. Hit the wake and thump down in a really unbalanced, clunky way, only just managing to keep hold of the rope.

I give you credit on the flip. Well done on going wakeboarding enough times to learn it.

Literally every "skill" you've ever displayed on this board is something based on repetition of a very basic activity.
