GtkRadiant has seen some major development in the last few months, so TTimo has put out a new test build for those of you who are interested in testing it. Most of the current updates are in the back end, upgrading to VS 2015 and I think a bunch of stuff for Gimp Toolkit 3. Beta testing helps us gauge stability and get some feedback.

NOTE: This is a BETA so there may be unexpected issues. That said, it seems to be pretty reliable. Just make sure you do backups of what you're working on.

Windows link here (no Mac/Linux binaries at this time):

You will also need the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015. You'll need both vc_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe if running a 64-bit OS:

I recommend leaving feedback here. Note, the project team is mainly interested in improving stability and improving existing features. It is unlikely that they will be introducing significant major features at this time, so if you are looking at Doom 5 support or real-time editor lighting or something, that is unlikely to happen. But if you have ideas on how to streamline things, we would love to hear from you.

Thx & Nice!
Merry X-Mas too... I know im a bit late. ;)
Will try out 165 later. I have to copy some "grouped" Stuff from a *.map file created with Q3R202 - and insert it to a GTK164 map file.
I had to work the last 2 days with Q3R202 and just one Screen + Mouse without an Wheel... Now im prepared for Hell! >:D
Test will be ready within the next 3 Days.
