So....Making a Murderer

I finally cracked after load of people going on about this. But one person who I respect massively when it comes to their opinions on TV and film matters told me it was worth a watch.
I am going to go ahead and assume some of you have watched it....what are your thoughts?
My initial thoughts on the matter were that I didn't care about Steven Avery and I disliked him massively for hurting a cat. But what came after that was genuinely opinion changing and I cannot believe what I watched.
Steven Avery has been stitched up and so has Brendan. I feel most for Brendan and I think what his lawyers (First lot) did to him was shocking. All because they fucked up Averys first case and put him away for 18 years for a crime he didn't commit, and had to almost certainly pay $36 million in compensation.
Lenk and Colburn are two of the biggest weasels I have ever seen. Kratz is an A grade cunt and the last episode proved this.
I will write a more in depth post on this, and what I think happened, but I was wondering how many people have watched it here and what your thoughts are?

What has happened to Brendan is a complete miscarriage of justice, police in their hatred of Avery sacrificed an innocent semi-retarded pawn (and possibly a woman). No one I have spoken to believes that Brendan is guilty of anything other then not knowing his civic rights and not smart enough to know the ramifications of his words to police.
He thought if he makes up a story the cops would drive him home so he could do his homework and that would be the end of it.
Avery is innocent because of judicial misconduct and incredible (not credible) police work.
A new trial is in order to end the argument, the evidence to convict him is tainted and suspect.
I personally think he did it but it cannot be proven.

Isn't the TV series produced by his defense team? Of course it's going to be skewed toward his favor...

He did it... Look for info not included in the show and it becomes clear. Nonetheless the system is fucked. But this time it used it to get to the correct result

I heard that DNA is not found in sweat, Avery's sweat on a hood latch on the Rav4 apparently is the evidence that we did not hear in the Netflix series.

Probably innocent of the first crime. I'm actually not convinced that he's innocent of the second crime, but it seems to me there should have been a mistrial there. So much questionable fuckery going on in that second investigation. I really like his defense lawyers, too.
Decent show. Should have been 8 episodes, not 10.

Some of that info has come under scrutiny, FWIW. I can't tell for sure. The kid is definitely innocent, though.

Personally I think he was set up. Rednecks do stupid shit to animals but outright murder after being released from an 18 year stint in jail for a crime you didn't commit when you're waiting on a 30 million dollar windfall is absolute horseshit. Then hiding the car in your lot when you have a car crusher handy and burning the remains right behind your bedroom window AND inviting over your nephew to the bonfire? I really don't think so.
It just doesn't make any sense. If what the cops say happened then he would have had to have drug her into the trailer, murdered her and then dragged her body into the Rav 4 cause they found evidence of stained blood that would come from blood matted hair in the back of her car. From there, he would have driven her to the back of his trailer, burned her body.
Then, grab some of her ashes and a hip bone and bring that behind in a huge gravel pit, cause why not?
What makes more sense is that she was killed wherever she was by whoever did it. From there she was taken to the gravel pit in her car, burned and then the pieces picked up and taken to the back of Avery's trailer when the cops locked the fucking place down and sealed it all off...
It falls WAY beyond a reasonable doubt. It's reasonable given the evidence that he didn't do it and any other evidence to support his guilt has to be tainted or placed. They even did tests to see if you swabbed blood on a surface with a Q-Tip shows that it would look exactly like the blood stain in her Rav 4.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the cousins that did it or the cops themselves.
