I assumed this was from some bored dweeb but then I saw it's UNICEF India's channel? What? Is this legit? Is it an educational video to learn Indian kids they shouldn't poo in their sibling's face but do it on the loo instead?

Cable internet has been leapfrogged by cellphones in many developing countries. In several African countries, they have solar panels on their huts for power, despite there being no electric grids. Dengue isn't the only thing to go viral in rural India, these days.
