Bright Weapon Models

Anyone know where to find bright solid coloured weapon models, as seen in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sinnpYYBxgk.

Basic photoshop, or if you can't magically get your hands on that, GIMP. Failing THAT, use something like paint or ifranview to modify the image to a solid color, find the location of the textures in the baseq3 .pk3 files, and create a zip file with the textures in that place, then rename the zip to .pk3.
So I think the textures are in models/weapons2/<weapname>.tga or something like that. Confirm that, and create your own new pk3 with the new images in the same place.
