"Official" implies it's set up, managed or mandated by id Software/Bethesda. Looks like this is just something that fans set up.
"Professional" implies it's set up by people who set up and manage Discord channels (or whatever they're called) as their day job.

ahh guess that makes sense well there are definitely two different ones join them both!
