Doom RPG you mean?
I played it all the way through on my then Symbian phone. It was a pretty neat game actually. They turned Doom into this very simple turn-based combat game where turns were more like micro-turns that lasted just a tenth of a second or so. It was all done very smart and brave of them to realize a classic style of Doom wouldn't work well on the mobile phones of that era.
