looks like we are selling the house to be on the lake...im gonna miss the most tremendous hill country/lake view in central texas but having a lake front house with boat dock wins out...

We have a boat and we keep it at our marina here in the subdivision. That's 600 bucks less a month once we get a boat dock...

Of course we will paying more since we are looking for homes in 1-2 million dollar range... But 600 a month less helps...
