First of all, the two boys were very misbehaven little brats. They were charged with felony assault on a school official. I think the parents of the incorrigible children should also be charged with abuse of thier own children. Letting kids behave that way, especially in a school setting, is unacceptable. The bus driver could have handled it differently, but its a shame that he has to deal with punks like that anyway. If you do a search on news.google.com with the keywords school bus driver you will see plenty of other stories of bus drivers and students fighting. This one got attention because it was caught on tape. Come on all you parents, start doing some parenting and quit letting your kids be little monsters, it will be in thier best interest in the long run. ...

oh yeah, there it goes, kids having rights. Yes they do have rights, but their PARENTS HAVE TO ACTIVATE THEM. kids have no rights but to get up, go to school, shut the hell up while theyre there, get on the bus, shut the hell up again, go home, do theyre homework, play video games or whatever they like to do, take a bath, go to bed. Thats it. Speak only when spoken to, if you want to contribute to a conversation, ask if you can. Thats the main reason why parents have to sign for ANYTHING dealing with their childern, (18 and younger are yes childern) beacuse they dont know what is good for them. Once again, Bud driver, good job, but let the parents do it. ...

Think its kinda harsh for a 50 year old guy to beat up a 12 year old... although, the youngsters of today might deserve it.

Knifes, pistols, gang fights, drugs, robbing old ladies, cursing, fighting, stealing, murdering etc.... and thats 14 year olds im talking about here.

I would hardly call that a beating, he went back to tell the kid to go sit up front that the skinny punk came up behind him, he grabbed him by the back of the neck and sat him down.

beating him up would have been grabbing him by the hair and kneeing him in the face :lol:
