Wouldn't it be sweet to have a Q3A battle royale where the matches are 1v1 or 2v2 etc... in a small arena with a door that leads to another arena but the only way to open it is to defeat the enemy team in your current arena? have 100 ppl duking it out in arena's with the winner getting a small prize so they can build up their avatar on the path to victory in the finale.

Battle Royale should have all the players in the same area so anyone can run into anyone

Yeah I need to figure out why my disk is at 100% usage constantly as I get horrid framerates in that game. Or get a desktop with a decent video card.

What's stopping us from doing Q3A?

Q3A is great but it's just not mainstream anymore. We need something new to make 1v1 games great again. Such a better slogan than maga.

SSD or disk? If it's a regular disk, defrag that shit with JkDefrag. If you already did then :dts:

Personally, I still love Q3A.

I know right. To think I was in my early 20's when I started posting here. Funny thing is, when I do game I only play Q3A with some bots.

Still one of the best moving games I've played.

I gotta give credit to Titanfall and Apex though, they have pretty good movement.

Q3 is so old even ioquake is no longer being maintained it seems.

Same here, I do this as well.

Some time ago I found some mappacks over at ..::Lvl which included single player tiers to play against bots, like the Lvl 20 years mappack, the Cream of the Top mappack, the Planet Quake Space Madness mappack and the Planet Quake Top Peg mappack.

This inspired me to make a mappack out of the maps me, my brother and a friend made over the years under our The Engines of Creation banner. I think it's a unique, never done before deal. It contains 5 single player tiers (one of them being an intro tier and one being a finale tier) bringing the total number of maps to 14. The twist, however, is that it also includes TDM, CTF and 1v1 maps which can be played as a single player tier level in their respective gamemodes. This is made possible by the q3spenhanced mod which I wrote mainly to make this mappack possible. The mappack also includes custom bots, skins and tier introduction videos.

I realize I'm a massive nerd for making this, especially in 2020 for a game that's over 20 years old, but it was fun to do.

I'll be downloading those maps. Thank you.
