Not a cheerfully happy expression like a :olo: or even a nor is it a convinced or even the slight disappointment of a No, it's something meaningless right in the middle. it's a smiley that signifies that i have watched the video and was neither amused or annoyed by it. it simply happened. like a car passing my house. or a dog barking. or grass growing. i'm sorry if this fails to meet your criteria for an acceptable response but it is what it is, so deal with it

This one party when I was off my face and wandered around a village I didn't know at all looking for a street I didn't know....but some how managed to find and then went to sleep in the back of a car in a garage.
