Error when installing OSP

Hi everyone. I started playing this game about a year ago and I decided to get really into it now. I quit it for a while and now I'm back. Searching and reading around I found that everyone is on OSP. So I downloaded it and it gives me an error at the end. It says error 1335 can't find Data1.cab and then rolls back the install and then you have to exit.
What's going on?

Do you have the latest patch (1.32) installed?
If so, uninstall osp and reinstall it...you should be okay.

its not installed yet.... lol. It quits the installation before you can do anything. And I do have the patch.

...are you trying to install osp 1.03a?

Your download probably got corrupted. As a tip, download your mods in .zip format why force extra installer info on your system that's not necessary?
