So tonight I'm coming back from work... damn highway is closed so we're on the service road, and some blonde chick in an old Tiburon passes me on the right. I'm thinking "hmm why not play with her for a bit". So I start following her, she's driving pretty well, weaving between cars on the service road... She gets stuck behind a car, so I playfully (no offence intended) try to box her in but she cuts in front of me angrily waving her hand out of the window.

Then we get to a point where I see she's in the left lane, behind some cars, so I pass her on the right but I didn't see that there was only one lane, because the right lane is blocked off by yellow lines. I've no choice to cut in front of her.

Guess what happens next? She starts tailgating me and puts her high beams on. Apparently she was really pissed. I drive into an open entrance onto the highway (the gayass construction closes entrances randomly) and she's still tailgating me with her high beams on. I don't want to let her pass me, so I just floor it and she didn't follow me when I hit 150km/h in the 80km/h construction zone.

So why don't people have at least some basic understanding of proper road etiquette? We were both "racing" down a street in asian cars, why can't fellow street racers just be polite?

Maybe she's actually trying to get somewhere and doesn't want some nitwit fucking with her while she's driving. Some people tend to take driving seriously and not as a game. If it was me, I would have ran you off the road into a ditch.

Or shoot him.

Well, if you put it that way... but I didn't slow her down much, and she didn't follow me when I started to get to speed at which I usually cruise on the highway.
