Fuckin hell, i've been on 60hz ever since i got this monitor... I just changed it to 75hz (the msot it will go, heh) and it was all blurry. So, i opened up this program called "flat panel adjust" i got with my monitor, and it did its thing. Pin sharp again and at 75hz.

Could this be why i've been getting such soar eyes and many head aches sincei had my new monitor?

Well at least I already knew you were an idiot.

If its an LCD keep it at 60hz(or its native if different). If it is a CRT put it to the max(generally its native).

Not doing so shortens the life of your monitor.

60 hz on LCD's is perfect. LCD's, even with a lower refresh rate, are much easier on the eyes than a CRT

Try shoes. They seem like they would go well with hot water.
