That was pretty cool. I didn't realize there was so much sawing involved. That's impressive -- cutting bone is a pain in the ass (had to do it on cadavers before and it sucks).

Surgery is actually surprisingly easy, but it takes a long time to do. I've heard osteopathic surgeons are strong as hell, though, having to move all that bone around.
