Quake3World

Just dl'd and installed the mod recently.

I can join railarena servers, but the players are invisible to me - they can see me, but I can not see them, or rail trails (which are turned on in the cfg). I tried force model, quit and re-join, vid-restart, delete railarena cfg and restart???? This is the only mod where this happens. I have also deleted the mod, and reinstalled

I put the mod folder in library/application support/quake3 folder rather than the applications/quake3 folder - is this correct?? is there some other problem??

Put the mod in quake3/railarena (where quake3 is the dir that contains your quake3.exe and baseq3). If the problem still persists, double-check that you've downloaded all the required pak files.

EDIT: I hope this isn't a Mac you're talking about?

Ive had that happen too.. OSP does it once in a while, had to uninstall Q3, reinstall, and reinstall all my mods..

Uninstall the mod, reinstall it, with NO CONFIGS, then try playing.. might be a config conflict or corrupt file.. who knows..

it is a mac, which is why I put the mod in the application support folder (its where other mods work from) but will try both again tonight and see what happens.
