ASE not showing servers.

I've never had a problem with Quakes in-game browser and have always used it over ASE/Gamespy ect... Have a new computer setting here with Xp Pro SP2 and downloaded ASE and set it up, go to refresh the list and nothing happens. I'm used to it at least saying "so many servers hidden b/c of filters" but right now it's just a blank screen Like I have pressed nothing...
Any ideas?

Strange, I'm getting the same thing. I get servers for HL2, MOH, and other games, just not q3.
edit: I'm getting results using the ingame. ASE is where I'm not showing any.

hmm. 2.5 here, un-registered. I might try another version later today. Weird me and scourge are having the problem, I believe we have the same ISP (cox), but doubt that has anything to do with it...

Are you running peerguardian? (doubt you are though) PG blocks the id master servers for some reason

SP2's, that's it though. Haven't had time to look further into it, first time it's been on my new computer though...not sure what's doing it, what version do you have scourge?

heheh. I'm not real worried about it tbh, I've got those few servers that I go to and have for a while now...thought it was weird, never had a problem with it.

I am having the same problem none of my servers will show and I have no clue why?
Could a firewall be blocking this I have that Peerguardian but I turn it off and it still wont work for me...
Do i have to have game spy arcade downloaded to play it ?
This is also a new computer too... It has never let me play on-line.
Any Ideas

Well, checked again today and all seems fine.
Didn't change anything either.

Well, maybe one of the ASE scanners/pingers went down, if that happens they have a dozen or so of these servers you can choose (the top folder) which should work...

I was beginning to think it might be something like that. Didn't know about the other servers, always worked before.
