ICS Firewall Problem ?

Hi, I'm having weird problems with ports being blocked on my Laptop and Second Computer.
Firsty, This is what my setup looks like:
All Firewall software has been turned off temporarily, Ports are open on the Server Computer which is directly connected to the internet, but For some reason, they are being blocked on both the Laptop and Client Computer. In my Router I have set it to open particular ports for the Second computer and the Laptop's IP, but they are still being blocked when I try to use P2P Software, etc.
And I've checked on Port Scanning sites and they too say they're being blocked. Sorry I'm a noob.
Any idea of what I'm doing wrong?
