Windows Media Player usually has it, but randomly WinAmp and programs like QuickTime (even with movies) will not longer have any sound. Why is this :icon33:

Well lets start with the basics: install the latest drivers for your sound card.

I've got those. By the way, another odd thing: when I adjust the volume in windows media player, the volume in some applications is adjusted as well? Weird.
