Upgrade help (motherboard)

Heyup, just want a lil help while im thinking about it.
Heres the main specs first:-
Gigabyte GA-7NNXP Mobo
AthlonXP Barton 3200+
Generic 1GB DDR-400 Ram (Buying more soon!)
Maxtor 160GB SATA HD
Powercolor ATI x800 Pro 256MB Graphics
Hopefully in the near future i wanna be moving on to a 64 bit CPU (3800 Athlon or above
).
My main problem is my graphics card, I paid £300 for it late last year so I wanna keep it. Although what ive seen with the new GeForce 7 has given me a stiffy so to speak, my x800 has been more than outstanding for every game ive thrown at it, i may try to clock it soon too!
So what motherboards can you recommend with skt 954 and all the new fancy gubbins while keeping the ol' 8x AGP.
