Anyone ever done it?

Got a watch to sell that is worth about £200 and need a way
of selling it. Ebay is the obvious choice, so, any reommendations?

Cheers :D

Might get a friend with positive feedback if you have 0 feedback you may not get alot of interest.

I've sold laptops, PCs, SWG credits.. etc never had any problems, but alot of folks stay away from people with no feedback as they sometimes are scammers. :(

Yeah, its really easy. Remember that ebay charge you a few pence for photos etc. Always use PayPal.

it's fast and easy and you wind up getting good cash like $50.00 US for crapy 3DFx Voodoo 3 card.

It's summer tim though, business is slow, if you want top dollar wait until august or september. My buddy who sells about 40 -50 items a week said his sales dropped bigtime in June

Ebay for sure. Its piss easy to sell - i've just offloaded some of my record collection, and made about a grand in the past month.

Ebay buying and selling is an artform in itself, with so many dynamics to consider.

If you're gonna sell on ebay, start the bidding at £4.99 - that'll give the cheapest listing fee, and also tempt more bidders into bidding on your auction.

I was gonna say that: the first lesson of eBay is your watch is not worth £200 :)

But it's moot.

I'd be weary to spend that much on a watch online and on e-bay especialy but I like your style that's a nice looking watch. I just love gold trim.
