A very close friend of my family was diagnosed with lung cancer.  It was horrible to see how fast his condition faded.

A very close friend of my family was diagnosed with lung cancer.  It was horrible to see how fast his condition faded.
 
It's been a fair amount of time since he announced his condition...and we don't know (do we?) how long before that he was diagnosed.  But yea, lung cancer in a smoker can be real aggressive for sure.  Killed my grandmother in a matter of months.
