My pants don't want to.

In a more serious matter. I believe my ram is acting up so i decided to download memtest and let it run for a few hours. The problem is I can't extract the .exe file. I have only encountered this with memtest.exe. I downloaded it again to make sure it wasn't faulty and again after the second dl didn't work. It still doesn't want to.
If someone has any solution to this and/or could send me memtest.exe unzipped i'll take any abuse you want me too.

Errr, what are you trying to Extract it with?

Tried both winzip, winrar and the xp inherent method
