Some virus or spyware crapping your pc? Disable services you don't need (I have 12 things running in task manager during bootup). Disable shit from running at windows startup.

i haven't followed your other threads so i'll offer what may be the problem.
-you need new or better motherboard drivers
-your cpu is throttling down to a lower speed due to heat issues
-your plauged by spyware or software that loads that you don't want loaded
-your system is scanning your hard drive.. could be antivirus or a utility that scans hard drives to enable faster searches
-try safe mode or a system restore from a known time that things ran good
-try a stfu followed by rail to the noggin
