good call for bringing in CTF & Threewave
too bad the game is as revolutionairy as Solitaire though.

read on ign about the xbox version and it's co-op btw. co-op crawls down to 10 fps at certain points. how ghey is that. and thats not even on splitscreen or xbox live.. thats in lan.

Can't see what possible good this will do, Doom 3 was a big letdown for me and I think it's going to stay that way.

no - i loved playing it; though there is no replay value at all and the multiplayer is crap.

halflife on the other hand did not get me that much - good game, physics, bla, etc... - but the scenario was wasted to overstretched levels (ok - driving around in the boat was fun at first, but became boring after 20 minutes, same goes for the jeep) and little to no story (hl2 story = introduction, meet the good people at their base, run up to the enemies fortress, mystery ending covering the lacking story).

I wouldn't say that it was fucking awesome, but I enjoyed it for what it was. It was a good game that gave me a couple of hours of entertainment, and I believe the expansion will do the same.
