i most certainly do not, but i did grow up in a rural environment and our farmer neighbours used to drown their unwanted pet's offspring. In the case of dogs, if they weren't purebred Sheepdogs or hunting dogs they had no usefulness or value and in the case of cats it was pointless having more cats than you need to keep mice and other pests down. Not saying I agree with it (because I don't) but it's not like it doesn't happen here. They just didn't fling them into rivers laughing, they drowned them in troughs.
