I too am interested as I am walking now 2 to 5 hours daily weather permitting.
It is so good for the soul IMO.

I seem to just zone out listening to my music and walking that distance seems like minutes and I just feel so great after. Endorphins?

Oh, and as in the other topic my mp3 player has seen its day... and I will be buying an iPod

I've started to get a bit more aggressive with bringing down my bod fat percentage. Right now I'm at 20% and I'd like to get down to a very manageable 16-17%.

Living in paradise, I find there there is no excuse not to get out and enjoy the atmosphere and I accept beach side living is not for all..

It is usually 2h 15 minute round trip in the morning and being on the weight loss & fitness thing at the moment, I do the extra PM walk 3 or 4 times a week, weather permitting, but it is glorious these days.
