This is default in latest Q4Max but seems to help in q4base as well. Worth a try. :icon31:

set to 1, it allows the client to predict collisions

I guess the benifits of this are negligable with a clean connection to the server.
-and given that any wasteage of cpu cycles is a bad thing (especially in q4) there must be a gain in performance from disabling the code.

It's not just about saving performance, but actually preventing almost every rocket from exploding twice, therefore being twice as blinding and twice as loud, and sometimes seemingly exploding on an edge (doing no harm) then really exploding further :)
