Here is the trick...Get on the lower platform where the 5 Jp's are. Jump on the one that sends you up to the Quad Damage platform, but instead of just jumping from "free floating JP" to Platform, do a Rocket jump on the JP. That will send you flying through the air on top of the head bitWISE is talking about.
