Here's hoping more than 6 Americans watched it.
Not too likely. C-Span 3 isn't even available in most parts of the country without satellite. Which means the people who need to hear about it probably didn't. But that might not matter depending on what happens next.

One can hope.
Well, the thing is, Mr. Bush is in a real pickle here, which is why he hasn't answered at all yet.
For the past 5 years, he has been able to dissemble, not answer questions, divert attention from real questions, and slander people's character, to keep anything from sticking to him as far as his voting base is concerned.
This case is different in a couple ways though. And it is very telling in the fact that he is simply not answering, and being very careful not to make any official statement whatsoever.
That's because, if he admits that the contents of the memo are true, then obviously he's in some serious trouble with a lot of people - not least of all the military and their families.
But this is an official British government document -- if he makes an official statement to congressmen that the contents of the memo are false, then he is publicly calling the head of MI-6 a liar, and stating that the intelligence chief lied to Tony Blair about American actions and intentions in the run-up to war. He obviously can't say that because if he did, it would cause an inquiry in Britain -- and Dearlove would stand accused of doing exactly what the Bush administration did to our Congress, which he obviously wouldn't stand for.
So, if and when there is any sort of inquiry whatsoever, a Congressman would have official statements to use from both officials. In which case, Bush would only have two choices: First, to admit that the memo's contents are the truth, which he is obviously trying to avoid doing; or Secondly, to call them a lie under oath.
If he calls them a lie under oath while Britain is publicly saying they are true, then his best hope is that his voting base will believe him over Britain. But if he goes that route, he will have completely ruined his ties with our only true ally in the world.
The worst case scenario is that no one believes him, and he is impeached.
You can see by the fact that he is refusing to even acknowledge the question, that he is thinking in terms of the legal implications any answer he gives could have for him down the road.
He may or may not be impeached -- that's a mighty big word, and nowhere in the near future, if it's in the cards at all. But I believe that right now we are seeing the actions of a President who is weighing very heavy implications with every step he takes on this issue - and he's got a private counsel who is telling him the legal implications as well.
