I have yet to successfully install a custom mod I have downloaded. The zip file is either corrupt, or the pk3 is unzipped as a folder. I have a Macintosh and I hear that on Windows, it is unzipped for you. What do I have to use to unzip these things?

I was using x to moveleft, so I tried using q (bind q "+button5"). It doesn't work though. I've been playing the freeze games if that helps. Can someone at least verify that the grappling hook works on MacOS?

It must be an addon feature. I've downloaded the freeze map and a lot of people have what looks like Mr. Lightning bolt, but it acts like the grappling hook. So you have to have XBox or something to get that? Is there something I can download to get it for MacOS X?

What's the key for the grappling hook on MacOS. I can't find it in the config anywhere. I only the hook wasn't available on Quake I on the Mac, so I hope they fixed that in Quake3.

I have punkbuster installed, but when I try to join a server, I get kicked out after about 1 minute by punkbuster. I think my install may be a bit old. Can someone tell me how to update this?
