Does anyone happen to know of any benchmarking demos available for download? I'd like to find one that's in the thick of it so I gauge and tweak my game FPS properly.

This happens more often if the game crashes, but sometimes even when I log out properly. I load Q4 back up and it either requests my CD key again or says my CD key is in use. I have a perfectly legit copy of Q4 and no one else has my key. Any idea as to why this may be happening?
