giving qw a new and modern platform was the goal. but the main reason to stay true to the original was really more because you can port and test the features more easily. Things like movement physics, weapons, scales etc. can then be better compared then on ravens maps.

I would definitly love to see r_lightdetaillevels tweaked better in the rereleased maps ;)
Another bug is hidden in q4dm1 because it uses info_locations instead of target_* for jumppads.

Its not lava ! its blood... it doesnt even hurt, it only makes stains ;)
Just because swelt used it as lava in phrantic due to the lack of a lava material doesnt mean its lava.

Look for "shyne" or my map "meltdown" for better examples of lava.

The texturing i nthis map REALLY hurts my head, none of it makes sense and its just all over the place? Depending on what areas need more space I think it wont need a rebuild. You can use the lava material if you want but its not perfect, came up with a better one now and still has room for improvement.
