Exactly. So why wouldnt Google implement the privacy and security benefits of this arbitrary, third-party, app?DTS wrote: Well they have reason to, if they regularly use Google products

And they say the US government has too much say. :olo: Hey Australia, there is such a thing as a rating system. We have a rating system, its just pissweak. Our PM has to maintain a 3-different-countries-a-week quota so that the public thinks hes running the country, and as such, we have no money le...

At what point does the model start getting offended that you change the shape of their face? I can understand blemishes and the like, but when it comes to modifying something like her chin, does that start being an issue? I think I'd be offended. It occurs to me that just by being a model, in quite...

Back on point, since all I am really focusing on right now is doing portraits for people (aside from the landscapes that I've mentioned), question for people is do you think that the touch ups on the face that I've done are OK? I know Stu mentioned symmetry of the eyes, but is there anything else (...

For now, but not one that I am going to classify as a long-time keeper. Was the first attempt at even doing this type of shot and I didn't use the lighting equipment that I would normally have gone with for something I wanted to use for advertising purposes. Main goal for this first shoot was to ge...

perhaps, but it occurs to me that the type of people that regularly use Google products are the type of people who might worry about privacy and security.

Re: Google Chrome with an adblocker...?
im happy with Chrome as it is. If this app was good enough, its privacy and security benefits would be acquired by Google and implemented into Chrome. In a matter of months, i can see this happening.

Space
I recently taught myself halfbeat strafing and im never looking back. Single-beating is way difficult, i could never strafe any higher than the blue pads on cos1_beta7b. Now, thanks to halfbeat, i frequently overjump pads on opc1.
And yeah, space to jump, holy four to move.

Re: holy shit you ppl are good
Strafejumping is like riding a bike: Its an ability you never forget. I stopped playing Quake 3 for like, 6 months. When i picked it up again (besides getting raped twice as often) strafejmping was still as good as it ever was. Of course, CPM physics helped a lot. Youll thank yourself for downloadin...

Re: holy shit you ppl are good
Tip #1: Download CPMA and practice with Promode physics. If you can play that, VQ3 is like walking when you could be running. Tip #2: Quake 3 is much more about movement than aim. If youre a pro at Counter-Strike, chances are youre not cut out for Quake 3. If youre dedicated, learn how to strafe jum...

Re: Q3 mods
CPMA is easily the most played and most up-to-date mod out there now. OSP was on the same par, but its out of development. Has been for years. DeFrag is also good - great learning tool for movement and technique (provided you have a decent defrag map to play in). Finally, my favourite mod, CorkScrew...
