Problem solved.
obsidian was right, it was my ketboard all along. Now that I have gone back to my old keyboard (which isn't wireless) movment is fine.
Is this a common problem with all wireless keyboards? If not, which wireless keyboards IYE would you reccomend?

Sorry for double posting, i would just like too add that im sure the problem isnt the keyboard itself. I have already tried using a different keyboard and that hadn't solved a thing.
