I like to play fast. My internet connection allows me to download at almost 1000kb/s. But Quake lags online 1/4 seconds which is critical for my survival.
Which setting of the network speed would be the best to choose?

Does anybody know how to do the hook because i think it is a cheat. (Because i'm to noob to do it. (But i'm not actually a noob))

While playing against a bot on a high setting that is weilding the lightning gun, particularly in a duel, it seems that their aim is completely flawless. I could have full health and armor and be nailing him, yet as soon as he gets in my face with the lightning gun, I go from 100+ health and armor ...
