Does anybody know how to do the hook because i think it is a cheat. (Because i'm to noob to do it. (But i'm not actually a noob))

I don't think it's a cheat, but I've only ever played a map (in Q3A) that had it once. Scroll to it on yer items, choose it, fire like a weopon.
