DarkViper has sent me some interesting news about Emilio Estevez playing Quake III Arena. Here's the blurb from Dailydemo.com:

Have you played Quake 3 alot and maybe have come by the name of a player called Emilio Estevez. Well as much as you may think it's some wannabe, it's actually Emilio himself. Word has it that he enjoys playing Quake 3 online with other people because he enjoys the game so much.

"The sad part is, I can and have played online under my real name and people usually just make fun of me," Estevez was quoted by Hypothermia.com. "Being a famous actor, it's not like you can hang out in the mall playing videogames. It's hard to get out and around anywhere without being mobbed. "I am a big computer NERD, but a bigger family man. I'm pretty good at Quake III Arena."

Who knows, Emilio may not be the only actor that you've had a battle with in Quake 3 arena so maybe next time maybe pay attention to a name more seriously.
