so a tea bag litigator killed a biker. Just as well, I mean who knows how much that yuppie's free healthcare would cost after sustaining injuries like that.

I think the biker actually lived with minor injuries, he just got knocked out.

he broke his pelvis...thats not minor...i had a friend break his pelvis on his bike...he died...

Oh, wasn't aware. I don't watch CNN, sorry. I think motorcyclists are fucking nuts anyway so I have not much pity for him. Also he's wearing no leathers or a helmet? What a fucking tool.

Dude just hit someone with his car. Following an accident, people are in shock and respond in very different ways. Suit man's brain probably shut down and he will have little memory about what happened in those minutes.

Statistically speaking, yes, he's probably an unintelligent dick, but that has little to do with what's going on in the video. The biggest dumbass in the video is the victim. Zero safety equipment? Genius. :rolleyes:
