Err. I am cooking dinner. Pasta with a white wine and pumpkin sauce garnished with basil and crispy bacon (bits & rashers) with a dollop of cream. All this served with hot butter bread (mini) rolls :)

To die for.

A white wine as an accompaniment :D

Maybe, but is a once in a while meal.
Photos? Oh yes, people these days :smirk: take pictures of what they are about to eat and I find that very strange.

Hey Tsakali, that dinner has come and gone so no photographs are available but I have scanned the recipe and dropped it here for your pleasure.

I hope you and others 'give it a go' and yes, I appreciate you can/may/will make substitutions but please report back as to those variations so we may also enjoy :p

Hi Res version so you can read/print :D

Thoughts to you.

The other day I went to the funeral of an old work mate and he wasn't that old. I spoke to people I hadn't see for years. Nice service as they go.

That's terrible axbaby :tear:
Amputations in Namibia, and your girlfriend.

Let her know some people are thinking of her and sending positive wishes.

Re: What is new in your little world?

I think my picture was taken by a Police mobile speed camera the other day and I don't speed.

I checked Google maps and see the speed limit is 60kph (300metres before the camera van spot) and I would think I was doing about 70kph. I really did think it was a 70 zone :smirk:

Merry Christmas from the transport department perhaps but just a form of taxation I am not used to more likely.

BTW, it has been 30+ years since I was detected/caught and I don't consciously speed, always drive to the road conditions.

If this was Canada, shit anywhere but Africa she would have just needed a cast to fix her arm, she was not treated for 11 hours.
Sat on a gurney begging for help to deaf ears who could not give a shit.

Man she had a terrible story to tell, her arm flopping bleeding for 11 fucking hours.
Africa is the suck

Yes I thought it would be something along those lines.

Again, let her know some people some distance away are sending positive wishes.

Why not get her out of Africa? You'd probably have to marry her I guess. Not looking for that?
