Several people asked me to make a tutorial, going over how I created textures for this map:

PLEASE tell me you didn't just filter the local/specs on these and call it a day? Other than that the tuts fine, but way to sharp on lines and edges.

corsair: I created bump and spec as well. Might add how to do that in the tutorial once I'll find some time.

o'dium: About the texture being too sharp, I don't think so. So far only good things were said about the screenshots I posted. The textures in those areas were made with similar method.

I mean your colour "lines" and sections you have, they have such sharp lines, they could do with at least a 1 pixel depth buffer.
