Has anybody seen it? Is it even shown yet? What was it like? Screenshots? Are they legal?

Here's screens of DoA4 running off of Xbox 360. It's nice looking but it seems like those Xbox 1.5 comments could be true. A couple of the character models, like the Ninja Gaiden guy, look near identical to DoA3/Ultimate/whathaveyou ones.
