No ur not... And ur pathetic xc boast gives it away... A real man would just say mountain bike. Grow up tiny. :olo: .
No they wouldn't moron. XC is a style of riding, cross country.
A mountain bike is the type of bike used but the term covers many classes of bike like down hill, free ride, all mountain or cross country.

Fucking idiot.

This one can lift at least 4-6kg along with 32000-44000 mah battery capacity giving it about 45 minutes in the air.
It will fit into a Large Garbage Can when folded up.

Ah cool, I know exactly where you mean. We were miles down in Brecon. Was a good ride, weather held, and then we made camp about an hour away in Hay On Wye, then back to Brecon in the morning to do four hours of Canyoning, which was BRILLIANT.

Chair meetings :)

Seriously; heading a committee in our residential complex, managing problems, settling disputes and they're rare :D Meeting regularly helps the place run well.

Recently upgrading two lifts that were 25 years old over 6 months required requiring calling tenders, examining same and managing the 'process'. Luckily there are 2 lifts for the 10 floors servicing 40 apartments and we did well.

Another hot topic around is pet applications by Owners. Here pets are not permitted (historically at least)in high-rise residential. We're talking cats/dogs and not goldfish. Very emotional people involved.

All said, an onsite building Manager helps tremendously.

Unanimous as expected.
Thankfully with a good committee and Management behind me the job will be easy :)

Just attended an afternoon piano recital by Roman Rudnytsky a international celebrated concert pianist .

Impressive performance

Roman Rudnytsky (born on 1 November, 1942, New York, USA) is an internationally-active American concert pianist of Ukrainian background whose frequent performances take him all over the world--to every continent and places in-between. He is in fact one of the most traveled of all concert pianists, having played in more countries than almost all others. To date (2000), he has given concerts in more than 75 countries. In addition to performances in capital cities and important musical centers, he often performs in places away from the musical mainstream, bringing the world and pleasure of classical music to audiences which seldom experience this type of music in live performance. He has received much acclaim in the world's press and many reinvitations.
