I just swapped out the barrel on my tranq sniper rifle for extended effective range and slapped a suppressor on it. I'm giving Quiet a run for her money now and capturing outposts before I even set foot in them.

Cool. I'll be on the look out for that. You weren't kidding about the amount of side ops opening up before going to Africa. I just finished started the first Africa mission. The difficulty is ramped up quite a bit.
