Compared to the PS2 controller, it's like playing with boxing gloves on. Controller S is better, but not much.
PS2 controller is as bad if not worse.. the D-pad fucking BLOWS..
lies.
the Playstaion series of controllers rock this world.
i would much rather play on the PS series then any of the Xbox..

lol at n00b bashing in this thread.
But anyway, thsoe screens look rather impressive, im hoping m$ will pick my bro and I to do more beta testing
From my experience I can get used to any controller, the only thing I can't do is play FPS's on consoles...

DoA4(Xbox 360):
Ninja Gaiden(Xbox):
=/
Some of those screens look pretty nice but not $300+ nice. And to add to the consensus, DoA sucks and Saturn has the best d-pad ever.

well in comparason, the Doa4 is a little sharper.. but that is within a Closed room.. thus its not THAT hard on the system..
its the open renderings and shit where Xbox shows its weakness.
btw, i dident see the diffrence in DOA3 from dreamcast
Ps2
Xb0x so its not a great game to compare

yes you bash the ps dpad, which pretty much is an extension of the snes pad.
lemme guess, you like the chaving of a sega dpad, huh?
and making people out for "fighter noob".. please
(i could take you on so bad youd never play SF again :P )

DOA4 looks good but not amazingly good because of the type pf style they have. If this was "realistic looking" and not "Japanene school girl" looking, you would notice a HUGE difference in detail.
But there, it doesn't look a whole lot different to ninja gaiden, no.
Plus the fact that it will play smooth as fuck...

Its not a huge change no, but look behind it. Look at whats really changed. The game is sharper, the textures better, the polycount HUGE. the backgrounds have gotten a lot less dull and there is a lot going on, the screen is drawn multiple times to give depth of field blur a work out, and shadows are now soft, but not sure if they are per pixel. Then, i'm sure we wil lget things like enhanced special effects, and reflection/refraction, as well as a higher resolution bloom effect.
So at the end of the day, the main look has not changed at all, but there is a lot going on under the hood.

The real jump will come from the nore realistic games. I'm sure Midway is busy now working on a Mortal Kombat game for next gen consoles.

As you can see there really is much of a jump per system. Except of course from DC to ps2.
DREAMCAST: DOA2
PS2: DOA2:HC
XBOX: DOA3

It's been exclusively revealed that in DOA4, Bass is stalking his daughter to make sure she can't realize her dream of becoming a TV weathergirl

lmfao, the snes dpad is nothing like the ps2 dpad.. sure there both a cross shape, but i think your failing to see the difference that exists..
