A new map!

Post by dONKEY »

Doodlebug
This a small tourney level that I started as a lunchtime doodle at work. Over the course of a few weeks the map grew.
I'm considering this a final beta. I messed up the scale at first, and a few areas are still a little tight.
Not much I can do now.
Mostly I'm not sure about the light as my work monitor is a piece of crap.
Some screens :)

Can't test it at work but it looks cool. The sky is very 80s. ;)

Nice texture set & nice rusty setting!
Jeah the lowest corridors are a bit tight with really low ceiling, maybe you can go down some units for more space?
Or just clip it. I like the layout and i really like your wall & upper trim design!
Maybe try this on that one spot:

Sorry for my shitty Paint-job but i think you will get the point. ;)
Good job man!

Final build (same link as first post). Lowered the floor in a couple of spots, rounded off the square corner.
Done and dusted....
...heads back to DS3
