Re: President Trump
really? it was nowhere near as funny as his gun control rant. given the sheer size and comedic potential of the target, i was expecting something better than that
Re: President Trump
The Trump thing is not the best bit, i agree - the bit about his son turning autistic because of injections however... jesus fucking christ

Re: President Trump
Well, the Trump bit, I think it's great because I like it when a comedian dares to be serious about things as well. It makes a show more dynamic. Don't go full-auto on the joke machine, it just turns stale that way.seremtan wrote:really? it was nowhere near as funny as his gun control rant. given the sheer size and comedic potential of the target, i was expecting something better than that
Re: President Trump
The more I watch american politics the more I think Trump is the better choice but it's like choosing between a turd and vomit.plained wrote:i can not believe the amount of people here in canada who endorse trump, i am shocked.

Donald Trump, on Fox News again, says he'd go to Congress and ask for a declaration of war against ISIS. "This is war," he says.

i guess this dispels the notion that Trump is anti-war

Re: President Trump
Could we bomb their capital just a little bit ?

Re: President Trump
Which one, Tel Aviv or Riyadh?
Re: President Trump
We could start with Al-Raqqah then flip a coin ?.
We'll give them plenty of warning, drop some flyers and some fruit baskets

Re: President Trump
So you'd bomb a city in one of the only countries that's fighting against ISIS to defeat ISIS?

Re: President Trump
Ok but what has Syria ever done to Wales, let alone the world?
Re: President Trump
Eurgh.
First, is the Syrian military in Raqqa at this time ?, no ? (last I checked), then it's not currently held by Syria so I'm really not dropping bombs on them, am I ?. Infact the Syrians are currently doing it.
Secondly, Assad is a cunt whichever way you cut it. Dude killed his own people regardless of the circumstances that led upto it. He doesn't need to do anything to me or Wales for me to draw that conclusion.
Thirdly, you didn't have this much of an issue when I wanted to bomb Israel or the Saudis.
Fourthly, I only said it cos that's what France did after the bombings.
And finally, it was just a little bit.

Re: President Trump
which is terribly constitutionally-minded of him, since every other american president since WW2 has gone to war without bothering with a formal declaration (which only congress can make). in fact it would be the first formal declaration of war since the soviet union on japan in 1945HM-PuFFNSTuFF wrote:Donald Trump, on Fox News again, says he'd go to Congress and ask for a declaration of war against ISIS.
i wonder if it's possible that the donald doesn't really know what he's saying and is just bloviating for effect?
