A tool to make Q3 model LODs

I'm looking for a tool that can generate lower poly Level of Details for an animating md3 model. I found this: http://www.moddb.com/games/quake-iii-ar ... -tool-v160 but it seems to only work for Enemy Territory. The 'calculate LOD' option is greyed out when I have a Q3 model selected.

I also read here:

that Id used a multiple resolution mesh (mrm) plugin by intel to make the LODs. I couldn't find that anywhere. Anyone know of a tool that can reduce the poly count of an animating md3 model?

I could surely use this to help fix up the fact that Bones doesn't have *_2.md3 files. only * & *_1.
